Out-of-hours services are generally busy so please think carefully before asking to see a doctor and only do so if you genuinely cannot wait until the surgery re-opens.
In a genuine emergency you should call 999. Chest pains and/or shortness of breath constitute an emergency.

We operate an electronic appointment system to see the doctor.
Routine appointments are for 10 minutes only.
The surgery offers advance booking appointments, you can book an appointment online, or come in and book one or call us on 0207 232 2243.
If you have an URGENT problem which you feel cannot wait until the next routine appointment then* *please telephone the surgery (0207 232 2243) in the morning before 11am. Please state that you have an urgent problem and be prepared to give a brief explanation of your problem. You will then be placed on our triage list (emergency call back list). The duty doctor will phone you back and advise appropriately. You may be asked to come into the surgery.
If you are unable to attend for your booked appointment, please telephone the surgery to cancel so that we may offer it to someone else who may need it.
The practice operates a “did not attend policy” which mean that patients who do not cancel arranged appointments will be contact by the practice and notified of the consequences.
Requests for home visits must be received by 11:00am.
Home visiting is very time consuming. We will need to know the patient’s name, age, address, telephone number and what the problem is. A doctor will usually ring you back. Please try and come to the surgery whenever possible.
Please note that visits can only take place at the patient’s registered address. Please inform us immediately if you change your address.
You may wish to speak to the doctor or nurse without coming in to the practice. The reception staff will take a message for you and leave it for the doctor/nurse to deal with when they are available.
The Practice will be closed on the third Thursday afternoon of each month.
For one Thursday afternoon a month the Practice will be closed for essential staff training. On these Thursdays the Practice is closed between 12.30pm and 4:30pm. We then reopen at 4:30pm and close at 6:30pm. Should you need medical advice during this time please call 111.
