The practice registers all patients who reside either permanently, or on a temporary basis, within our catchment area. We do not discriminate on any grounds and operate a ‘Clean Slate’ policy for patients transferring from other practices.

The reception staff can advise you if you live in our catchment area. If you live outside of our catchment area, we are unable to accept you as a patient.
Please note that every care has been taken in the preparation of information on this Postcode Mapping Tool, however there may be instances where the Postcode Mapping Tool does not include your location even though it is within our Practice Boundary. An example of this may be new housing developments where the postcodes are not yet included on Google.

If you change your name and address or telephone number please inform us as soon as possible. If you move out of the practice area, you will be required to re-register with a more local practice.
