HIV Routine Testing
HIV in England – Park Medical Centre and Southwark Initiative to End HIV Transmission
Park Medical Centre surgery is proudly taking part in a Southwark wide initiative with the aim of ending HIV transmission in England by 2030. This goal is entirely possible if we find the 8000 people who are still unaware of their infection.
That is why at the surgery we are adding HIV to all routine blood tests once a year.
Patients can opt out if they so wish by contacting reception or their clinician.
